Staff training on birth parent engagement is available for those who  work with families involved with child welfare and want to improve the working relationship between staff and parents.   The “parent perspective” is presented in context of child welfare requirements and the unique strength of the parents they serve.  The purpose of this course is to present key elements that strengthen parent engagement throughout the child welfare process.
